How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Pinktube Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Pinktube Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is with a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Pinktube Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How to File

Email contact@pinktube.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Comes Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
