Grow Your Mold Business

Do you run an independent mold business? Pinktube Mold Help is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have a mold problem with local providers. If you want more homeowner calls in the Baltimore area, you may be a good fit.

There are no jobs to apply for here and no employment. You stay your own boss. You set your prices, run your schedule and do the work your way.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for local businesses that offer one or more of these:

• Mold inspection and testing
• Mold remediation
• Black mold removal
• Residential mold removal after leaks or flooding

Experience with older homes is a big plus. Many houses in this region have basements, aging cast-iron or galvanized pipes and layers of past repairs. Homeowners value providers who understand those surprises.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us worried, so we keep the bar simple and fair. Providers in the network should:

• Hold any license, registration and insurance required in Maryland.
• Give clear written quotes before work starts.
• Explain the plan in everyday language.
• Respect the homeowner's time, home and questions.
• Answer referrals honestly, including when you are not available.
• Be upfront about what is and is not included in a job.

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or make promises they cannot keep.

• The towns and areas you serve
• Your license and insurance details, where required
• A line or two about your experience with older homes

We will review what you send and reply if it looks like a match. Joining is not automatic, and referral volume can vary by season and area.
